Approach
Domaine Jeannin-Naltet is farmed with the greatest respect to the terroirs.
The height of braids is increased to enlarge the foliar surface area. The leaves are stripped. Meticulous disbudding is done to control the yields. The soils are systematically ploughed.
The grapes are transported from the vineyards to the winery in small crates to provide the best quality. The sorting is done on the vibrating table and then destemming is conveyed. The grapes are transferred into vat by gravity. Vinification is done separately for each of the parcels. Maturation is carried out in oak barrels with 20 to 30 percent of new wood for the premiers crus.
